Sonny’s in Vero Beach, FL I ordered two half chicken dinners and lived 30 minutes away in the next town. Unfortunately, the chicken arrived pink and undercooked. Despite the restaurant closing at 9 pm, I called back at 9:28 pm to inquire about speaking with a manager. To my surprise, Sonya, the manager, answered rudely. The Sonny's BBQ in Marianna Florida on highway 71 is a very badly situation they didn't even have pull pork for sandwiches on the 4th of July. And trying to unload brisket on people and no one was wanting brisket. We all ask how are you going to make BBQ sandwiches! What in the world is going on with that. Since when was it policy to not bring a food out to a vehicle at curbside because of a rainstorm? I think the palatka office in Florida has a vanity problem they're afraid they're going to mess up their hair. I'm not a happy camper was not told this ever had to wait for my food and it was cold

As a whole, my 50 dollar order was horrible. The food was old and dried out. I sent an email to Sonny’s and no one responded. I advised everyone looking to eat bbq to chose elsewhere.
