This is the third time we have been to eat at Sonny’s and order takeout and our order was almost an hour late and our food was still wrong. No one apologized for the service being slow. No one came and checked to see why we did not have our order right. Terrible customers service.
We recently dined at Sonny’s BBQ in Clinton, and I have to say, the food was incredible! The sweet tea was actually sweet, which is a huge plus for me. Our waitress, Lily, was absolutely delightful. She was so sweet and kind, constantly checking on us to see if we needed anything. She even took the time to be playful with my toddler, which really made her smile. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place!
We enjoyed our BBQ tots! Lily was our waitress and did a great job! She tended to us with a smile even though she was super busy waiting on a large party of nearly 30 people seated across from us. She kept our drinks full and she walked over reassuring us that even though there was a large party, they were getting to our food. My husband enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. We have eaten there two times now and enjoyed the bbq. Third time’s a charm so we will be back! We hope Lily’s working when we return.
Stopped in for lunch today. Sat on the porch again because the air conditioning was a little too cool for me inside and the porch was so inviting. My cousin and I meet there once a month. The food was great as usual but today our waitress was exceptional! Her name is Chrysanthemum. She was a delight! Fast, helpful and very friendly. What a great addition she was to a wonderful lunchtime.
Chrysanthemum is the best! Our service was great and the food was good too.
