First of all I ordered baby back ribs and when I got there they tell me they were out. They have my phone number so they could have called to inform me of this. They’ve done it before. I settled for the other ribs which I think are supposed to be St. Louis style or something. Horrible, undercooked, fatty, and you only get maybe half a rack verses a whole rack of baby backs. Server was nice. Do NOT go on a Sunday. Waited nearly 2 hours for food to get to our table. Ordered an appetizer that came at the same time as the main course. They were out of St Louis style ribs. We were not told about this until after waiting an hour. Two of the entries were already prepared. Multiple tables ordered food after my party. They were served and left before we got our order. Spent $79 for 3 people. Food was good, but all the problems and price bring it down.
Greeting staff was great and friendly the waiter was very nice and responsive but did not listen well and made mistakes on the order he did not bring tator tots as ordered, ordered sliced brisket and brought chopped, . Had to ask for refills. He was great and very friendly otherwise. I will say the prices were definitely fair and the bad was not that bad, maybe just some hospitality training, but next time we drive thru town will be back. Food was great.
