Great place service is great friendly family place
Ate dinner at the Winter Haven location this past Sunday. The restaurant was busy but the servers had everything under control. We discovered Sonny’s had changed their menu. Do not like the new “Mystery” menu. Not laid out well and presents too many unknowns. The food was good , had baby back ribs with sides, however the ribs were small. Not as meaty as in previous visits. I’d be willing to pay a couple of bucks more for meatier ribs.
I had an excellent experience at Sonny’s Barbecue thanks to Jennifer, my waitress. She greeted me warmly right at the door, which made me feel welcome from the start. My order arrived quickly, and throughout the meal, Jennifer was very friendly and attentive. Her outstanding service truly enhanced my visit, and I highly recommend asking for her when you go!
Server was phenomenal (Jenn). Friendly and welcoming. I'll as for her every time
We love their tater tots! My husband said a lot of his meat was fatty though.
