Kids eat free Mon -Wed & some staff offer much better service than others but the food’s been consistently yummy
Jamie was the best waiter we have ever had! He is sxcellent and goes the extra effort! Will come here again just because Jamie is outstanding. Drew the manager was awesome too! Great service and care!
Jamie is truly a magic bbq human!!! He went above and beyond! He is so special and kind! His service was one of the best we have ever had at any restaurant even a five star. Drew the manager was so wonderful letting us gush on Jamie! Drew was super kind as well. My elderly mom and my young kids truly raved on Jamie as well. What a gift to Sonny’s Jamie is!
Third time in a row that we've had a bad experience when picking up an online order. We've had items missing from orders, slow service, order not ready when promised, food was cold and soggy by the time it was given to us, etc. No one is ever at the pickup counter and the hostess station is rarely manned. This was the last chance we gave Sonny's BBQ in Ocoee. We will not return. This place was great when it first opened but it went downhill quickly.
