Omar was fantastic! My daughter, who is the harshest critic of my hair, told me my cut was "FIREEE!" And while that is the ultimate test of the skill, what earned this a 5-star (and I'd give more if I could) was the atmosphere. I booked an appointment that was never confirmed by Zach prior to the scheduled time. He also stated he wasn’t even at the shop at the time. I did not receive confirmation, so I canceled and got confirmed by another barber and was still charged a cancellation fee. When I reached out to explain the situation and request a refund, he refused to discuss it and declined to resolve the issue professionally. I’m disappointed with how this was handled and would not book again.
