Very helpful staff, directed us where we needed to go when they didn't have the parts we needed!
Sonny's used to be a locally owned business with knowledgeable and friendly people. Now not so much. Since AESOP has taken it over you'll be lucky if you get your part in a week to 10 days after ordering (and that's if you can get them on the phone). And if you have a return, well let's just say it took me almost 2 full weeks to get my purchase credit back in my account. Unless you have to buy there, I would look elsewhere.

Says on their website that they have the part I need. Tried the local number and the 1-800 number and haven’t been able to get through going on 2 weeks. I am just taking my business elsewhere. 🤦♂️
