Customer service is non existent. Needed an oil change, had to speak with 3 different people before getting an estimated time. The guy who finally told me he can do it in 20 minutes proceeded to have me wait for 10 minutes while he went around talking to multiple other people. Had no idea if he planned on actually doing it, when etc as there was zero communication after he answered my initial question. I ended up leaving bc this is not the kind of customer service that deserves my business.
I got to be honest Sonny did safety work. He inspected all the possible failures in the vehicle and get it fixed right. I like the shop because the mechanic knowledge skill and hard working people. Don’t underestimate an inspection it does need time to make sure. Keep up the good work time will show your efforts is worth.
Sonny is an honest and very good mechanic. He understands that people can be leary when it comes to trusting mechanics. He always does a great job and he has very fair prices as well. My family uses him for all our vehicles.
