Have been there many times and always had a good experience. Sonny is very knowledgeable and honest. Would recommend them.
I had one of the worst experiences ever at this shop. The owner has absolutely no customer service skills and talks down to people instead of treating them with respect. From the start, I felt like I was being misled. He quoted me a price that seemed way too high compared to other shops, and when I questioned it, he got visibly upset and defensive instead of explaining or adjusting. Sonny is great, very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
Customer service is non existent. Needed an oil change, had to speak with 3 different people before getting an estimated time. The guy who finally told me he can do it in 20 minutes proceeded to have me wait for 10 minutes while he went around talking to multiple other people. Had no idea if he planned on actually doing it, when etc as there was zero communication after he answered my initial question. I ended up leaving bc this is not the kind of customer service that deserves my business.
