Willie Tucker opened up my love one and closed her up without doing the procedure he was suppose to do. He sent her home without an after care plan and mislead her husband to believe he completed the procedure. Knowing he had not done anything to her, he sent her home and advised her husband that she need to stop smoking not realizing her husband is the smoker in the house.
