I worked with ANN JONES to sell my father's house. She is AMAZING! She was very kind and went way above and beyond what was required to sell the place. She even took me for a hike when I needed some space away from dealing with the stress of handling all my Dad's estate stuff. She helped me find a good repair guy, lawn maintenance, estate sales person, and her photographer ( who was terrific) even ended up helping me get my dad's war memorabilia to the PIMA air museum. Sonny Lee Homes in Sierra Vista worked with us for two years before we were able to move here. Highly recommend this realtor and his amazing team. The day Sonny showed us this house he asked me if I could see us living there. I told him absolutely. My patio swing and furniture would make a perfect outdoor room! And it does!
Sonny has been a wonderful landlord, anything that's been needing to be fixed or replaced he took care of it right away, our fridge went out over night and the next day he had a replacement in for us while we wait for a brand new one to be purchased!
