Been going here for awhile, last time I saw my provider, I asked if they could write a nexus letter. I was informed that they don't normally need to write one for what I have but, if it comes down to it they would. I have a witnesss that was in the room at the time this was said. Well it came down to where I needed them to write one, and the reply I got back after the the lady went to talk to my provider was, "We don't write those, ask for it from your PCP." The staff is absolutely a great group, friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility/ sleep study rooms are horrible. I was in rm1 and the mattress should have been replaced long ago. It was cheap and very uncomfortable in parts you sank in and other parts you felt the frame and springs. The room itself felt like a broom closet. I DO NOT recommend this certain sleep center to anyone. I expressed this to the nurse practitioner, she didn’t seem to care.
The staff and Doctor are so helpful! Great customer service. I have never had a bad experience! Thank you Sonno Sleep Center North!
Friendly staff and very knowledgeable, same day appointment available. Had a sleep study done at this location and the Tech was super nice the set up was comfortable.
