Disappointed with how late they run with their appointments. Ya’ll expect us to be on time - you send us texts and emails confirming our appointment time days ahead - yet you expect us to wait for hours when you run behind. Not respectful. Hope I get to see the gyno soon… still waiting.
Dr. Sonnenblick is a great gyn, who really cares about the health of her patients. I've been a patient since 2010.
Thrilled to have left this practice. Dr. Walker is great, but it’s impossible to get an appointment- especially when you’re having a medical issue. Waiting time for an appt is 1-2 months, even as an established patient. The admin staff is lacking and do not seem to want to be working there. When you discuss this with anybody at Holy-Cross in guest relations they are rude and unprofessional.
