I understand the booking is not cancellable, but during this hard time and considering the lockdown is not foreseeable. Isn't it better to stop being rude and hang up the phone immediately after the word 'cancel'? And to the least, show some actions (like partial refund or kind attitude) instead of sitting tight to charge the full money.
they could not be botherered to worry about people who are stuck in lockdown. Just kept the 1000's of $$
I highly recommend not booking this hotel. We can't get to there because the Sydney blocked down . And we tried to contact the hotel to see if it is possible to get a refund or extend the check in date, but the answer is no, and the attitude is very bad, there is no way for negotiation, because they don't want to lose the money.😵😵😵😵
Delicious home cooked hot breakfast, well adhered COVID safe rules. Nice and warm, lodge room with private bathroom, easy to check in and friendly staff, great value for money - thanks Pom!
