As a 40 year veteran in the transmission Industry with no intention of stopping now, I can honestly say Sonnax has been a great resource for our customer's needs over the years. Their innovation in areas overlooked is a breath of fresh air to solve the problem the 1st time. The Sonnax tech support line is stellar and has never failed us. customer service is horrible, ive called twice looking for technical support with zero help and just told to go look for it myself. this will be the last sonnax item i purchase and recommend using Hinson for your future needs. super disappointed in the " technical" support they claim they offer at sonnax. Would give zero stars if available.

Say they put the customer first...but they don't. tried ordering 33741f-02k and they have in stock but wont sell to me... they refer me to their distributors. I've Called Transtar, Summit Racing and WIT and no one can get me the part. THIS IS INSANE.
