I needed to have a portable restroom removed from a storage facility that a family member had contracted for and no longer needed. Sonlight was responsive and communicative and got the job done. The driver, Gerald, was super nice, good at his job, and I really appreciate the assistance -- there is no way I could have handled I on my own, especially in the tight time frame I had to work in.

The service that I received with Sonlight when Randy still owned the business was fantastic. Since he sold the business, not so much. The first time I scheduled with the new ownership to pump out my septic tank, I was asked what time of day I would like the service performed and I told them first thing in the morning to which we agreed. When no one showed up I called and was told that they would not be there until later in the day. We had a septic inspection completed before purchasing a new home. Harold and the office staff were very kind to us, despite having some issues with the current homeowner.
