As a former massage therapist that has had 100's of massages, my massage from Erik is at the top of the list, as one of the best massages I have ever had. I loved the mix of heat, stretching and massage!!
I knew I was in the right place when before we started we looked at a muscle anatomy chart and talked about where my pain was and what we wanted to work on!
I had an amazing experience with Gina. She did a phenomenal job working on my back and took the time to share helpful insights on how I can care for my body and be more proactive with preventative care. The massage itself was incredible, and I left feeling both relaxed and informed. I will absolutely be coming back!

Erik is a true master of massage and I already can't wait to go back! I've had around 50 professional massages in my life, and this was hands down the best.
