I would give zero stars if I could! The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived for my 8:00 a.m. appointment at 8:03 a.m., running three minutes late due to traffic. She came out from the back, didn’t greet me, and simply asked, “What are we doing, waist length?” I was confused because I had booked online and replied, “No, regular length.” I originally booked butt length, but changed my mind because I didn’t want them too long for school, since I’m starting back soon. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this braiding establishment if you are interested in having or keeping a healthy scalp. Right now I am in excruciating pain from the amount tension the shop owner used while installing my box braids. My scalp is throbbing and is on fire from this braid install. It is not necessary to use extreme tension to a achieve a neat set of braids. I already know I will not be sleeping well tonight. I am considering taking them down, but do not want to waste the money or time invested.

Okay okay. They do a great job first off. My 2 issues are you never know who will work on your hair, they always have new faces. Second, there was a time when I paid one price and when I went back for the same service it was more!. Just make sure they apply the deposit and get a quote before they start!.
