I arrived for my appointment on time. Staff was very personable and professional. They completed the update and checkup in a very timely manner. And I was on my way. I was very pleased with the experience.

Broke down coming south thru Two Harbors. Called to see if they could help us. Lady who answered phone said she would check and call us back. No call back. For future reference you should follow thru with what you say you will do so people can make a decision on what to do next. Thanks for nothing.

So...my first experience with Sonju. I am generally confused, but this place is really confusing. I made an appointment for a 150k service, showed up 30 minutes ahead of time, and then waited about 25 minutes by the entry door because there wasn't any signage, signal, or person to check me in. Just cars parked everywhere waiting for someone to give us directions. They are understaffed, like the rest of the world, but maybe let folks know where to be in line while waiting to get checked in.
