Sonju Ford has for quite some time had less than a stellar reputation as a quality service repair company. However, recently I've had my vehicle in for various repairs and the level of communication between me and the service agent has dramatically improved. They were courteous, thorough and exhibited the degree of professionalism one would expect for the hourly rate. I will be much more inclined to go to Sonju for any future business.

Terrible service after purchasing a nearly new vehicle. It had a window coming off track they said “we can’t seem to find the problem or replicate the issue you report.” Despite everyone the window is opened it comes off track, every single time. To boot upon trying to renew my registration I was informed by the DMV Sonju never finished the registration leaving me to pay again for this service a second time to have a legal vehicle. Was treated very poorly after purchasing a certified used auto. Their friendly service stops after you purchase a vehicle apparently. Will not be doing further business with Sonju.

Joshua Robben was a delight to work with. He provided excellent customer service, sending short videos prior to my arrival, then allowed me all the freedom I needed once I arrived to check out my ride(s). After doing my homework, I can attest that pricing was very competitive and fair. The financing aspect was also quick and easy. I've purchased enough vehicles to say that this was one of the best and easiest experiences I've ever had to date. My thanks so much to the whole team at Sonju!
