American Laser Center in Raleigh told me that laser would work on my blonde hair if I purchased twice as many treatments as their normal "treatment package". Several thousand dollars later I had just as much hair, and ALC would not refund my money. Melissa told me the truth - that laser won't work on blonde hair because it does not have enough pigment. I have been going to Elite Skin and Laser for a couple of years now for Electrolysis. Melissa is exceptional at her work and her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. She has been kind and compassionate when needed most and has provided a service that far surpasses other electrologist's I have visited in the area who provided inadequate services like not taking time to actually destroy the root of the hair with the probe, only plucking.
