Dr. Krafcik is my primary care physician. On our first appointment she did a complete examination. She reviewed everything and didn't miss a thing. She later said something was bothering her (most others would overlook) and asked for me to have another test. I received a telephone call from her at 7am the following day, asking me to come to her office immediately. She saved my life with her educated instinct. Office doesn't pickup the phone and doesn't return calls.
I have been coming here since 2016 and seeing Dr. Krafcik. She is truly kind, professional, and listens attentively to your needs. Her staff is extremely accomodating and kind. I believe Dr. Krafcik is one of the best (#1 in my opinion) doctors in the area. She is one of the few doctors left in this city that truly care about people by providing them with the best medical care.
