We tried this company for 1 year. We were plagued with problems. The equipment failed, the tech support was awful and the customer service was worse! buyer beware!
I’d like to go on record as saying we have not had a good experience whatsoever. We have found that the Customer Service is severely lacking. They broke our door chime at our business never to be fixed again replaced it with a cheap digital copy. We had multiple technical issues that have rendered our alarm system useless so we’ve been paying for a system that has not been doing its job. We have also found Customer Service lacking severely. We have found this company to be lacking in the essential parts of what makes an alarm company good. 1. Service 2. Equipment working properly. 3. Ease of use. We have found this company to be lacking all of these things severely. I believe that there’s probably other companies on the market that handle these things much better.
We have found their services to be Very inferior to other alarm companies on the market. We have multiple issues with them Including, but not limited to Equipment not working And very poor Customer Service. I think that there are a multitude of better companies on the market.
This is a truly professional team of highly skilled and intensely devoted craftsman. They are the best.
