Sonitrol's customer service and billing was extremely disappointing (billing to wrong accounts, billing wrong amounts, unclear on payment structure, billing after asked to remove billing info, etc.) We have cancelled our service and will be going with a different provider for home security.
RecommendedHighly recommend Sonitrol because of the verification and written warranties. No one else offers this and good service.
Simply the best service of any security company I have worked with and they verify all alarms.
