We have been very pleased with Sonitrol over the past 8 years. Interactions with sales, service, and admin professionals have all been positive. They are well staffed and courteous and it's easy to reach a security rep during and after hours and weekends when there is an alarm concern. They are quick to call whenever they receive a possible alarming event. Service technicians have all been very competent.
Sonitrol installed cameras for our new store in Concord and they were very professional. From the beginning, they understood my needs and was able to install them in the places I wanted. From the beginning Paul Bakhtegan, the coordinator, game me prices with everything included; meaning there wasn't any hidden fees. He was very patient and professional. I can't tell you in a note how I feel about our Sonitrol representative, Mart Villatuya, but I'll try. We've been through a few Sonitrol reps over the years, and I'm very happy to say, Sonitrol has finally made me feel like a valued customer. In fairness, the challenges at my company makes it difficult for a rep to work with us, however; Mart has never made me feel like I'm a burden to Sonitrol. Very helpful , tech are reliable for need of trouble shooting problem . We have security alarm access control & CCTV remote with monitoring Fire alarm system.
