I had the same experience as a previous customer. Alarm system not working for 2 weeks. Keep telling me it was a phone line issue and I don't have a phone line carrier. They said they would send some one to stop by and look at it since it did not work. Guy was here for maybe 15-20 minutes and I had to even provide a ladder for him to use and he tells me its a phone issue. Truthfully, Sonitrol was a good company. But once they got bought out by Securitas they became virtually unusable.
Gil lead the installation for Sonitrol. He was extremely thorough and it was obvious he wanted to do a great job. It wasn't just a task to complete. He represents the company very well and I highly recommend them. The team stayed late or came early. They did what had to be done with no excuses. Communicated well and Even vacuumed each day. Overall a great experience.
They sent a tech to our location without a) a request for a tech, and b) a quote of what the visit (which we didn’t request) would cost. When we complained, their head of customer service defended these actions, which only leads me to believe deceptive and unethical practices like these are how they do business. Stay away.
The customer service that Justin Hendrix provides when he comes to service the camera system is always top notch!
