They were easy to work with, good at following up, and got the project done in a timely manner.
The techs did a great job on our install. The building was over 100 years old they were able to install a new system with success.
I have had two work experiences with Sonitrol. The first for nineteen years at WJRT/ABC12 in Flint and the most current for almost eight years at Williams Gun Sight Company. At Williams, it was a more active role. We are currently working with Ashley as our Client Relationship Specialist. Before that, we worked with Shonte. Both experiences have been great, and the company is very responsive when we have an issue! I would highly recommend them for your security needs.
I work at Butcher & Packer Supply Company in Madison Heights and we have been long time customers of Sonitrol. They are prompt when alerting us when there is an issue (which is usually someone forgot to code out or incorrectly did it) but I encourage anyone to give them a shot as they hold security to the highest standard.
