Extremely disappointed with Sonitrol Canada's customer service. They keep you on hold for hours, bouncing you from one department to another with no resolution in sight. Instead of resolving issues efficiently, they push to send a technician and charge an outrageous $600 per visit just to change your passwords even when is their system is the one who delete the accounts! This feels like a money grab rather than genuine customer care. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for better service.

I don't think there is enough room to write my whole experience with this organization. Extremely over priced in comparison to competitors. Includes environmental handling fees on every and all service regardless if there was no handling or recycling of product needed. My advice, stay away or at least take the time to shop around. I'll never use this organization again

Agressive salesperson called. Asked to speak to a decision-maker at the company. I told him we're not interested (I'm a decision maker for the company), he asked to speak to someone else. I asked him if anyone in the company called him or if he's cold calling, he hung up on me. Very unprofessional caller.

we have used Sonitrol for the past 8 or 9 years. Any issues we have had have always been solved quickly and professionally. We are happy with the service. thank you
