Terrible customer service. We ordered a vital piece of lab equipment over a week ago and expected it to be here tomorrow. It was shown as cancelled today via email and "out of stock." Upon calling, I was initially met with someone willing to figure out what happened, and who was apologetic and stated they don't usually check their google shopping account, so it may have cancelled because they didn't process it fast enough, and that he would look into it and call back with an update.
