I love this store and car wash! They have the best frozen yogurt and are so helpful anytime I go in. Last time I was in there it was a young man who helped me and he had great customer service and greeted me with a smile. I think his name was Jordan. I will for sure be back!
Vehicle doesn’t come clean. After five years of going to the same car wash, today the attendant decided that the roof rack on our 4Runner does not allow for the large middle brush. We paid full price and our vehicle is not clean at all. We will not be returning to So OC ever again.
Update: Pre Mothers-Day car wash and again, I am impressed with their staff, friendly, helpful and so polite. From the inside of my car, color spectacular. It's been a while since I personally had my car washed. My first time to the Sonic Wash so confusion kicked in. No worries, this place is amazing and I got the deluxe service from Liam just like my car. Thank you Liam for your friendly assistance and guidance, very much appreciated. I offered him a tip but he wouldn't accept it. I hope that is not the Sonic policy.
This car wash is pretty good, although I have had an issue with it not getting my vehicle properly cleaned a couple times. Overall though I'm happy.
Ethan provided excellent customer service, had a welcoming smile on his face.
