Multiple events, retreats and single day events attended and immersed in. Always centering and peace inducing. I don't attend as often as i would like because of being mostly East Coast but find this womyn centred practice and sangha to be extraordinary. As a RYT200 Mantra Practitioner, I find this groups work revitalising and strengthening. 🩹☸️
I've known Sara for over 12 years and was attending her sound baths long before I ever became a sound practitioner myself. She's the real deal. Sara has a beautiful gift for creating spaces that feel both deeply nourishing and completely authentic. Sara's retreats and workshops are wonderful. It's nice to find a yoga teacher who has studied and understands trauma without believing they can or will "fix" you. Sara's focus is on the fact that we're not broken and are in fact just, "walking each other home." Her sound baths are peaceful and transformative. I have enjoyed every one of her classes I have attended and hope to join for more retreats.
