The Best place and the best people
I use to work for this company and I don't find the owners honest people. I didn't get paid for the hours I worked and to get part of my check it took me weeks to get it mail to me once I quit. Then after I told them that my hours were shorten they say they were going to take a look at but they didn't do anything of course. Like everyone people has obligations and obviously they didn't care about the inconvenience that are causing me! I already filed a complaint with the Utah labor commission. The only was that I can describe their services is adequate. They did what they were asked, nothing more, nothing less. I had originally gotten a quote in May and hired them to do the job about 2 weeks later. They had initially said that it would be 3-4 weeks until they could come out which changed to 6-8 weeks after that. Then after that time-frame passed, they finally said that they would be done no later than August 5th. August 7th is when they finally showed up (unannounced) to do the work and they were done by the 12th.... read more
I had a good experience with Sonic. Many other companies charge for minimal work or they are lost and take forever. They were up front about pricing and fast with diagnosing. Very knowledgeable, would use again.
