I had Anthony from Thorneside come out & fix my toilet. He was on time, professional and courteous. Answered all my questions, explained what he was doing & got the job done promptly, even after having to go & get a part. I will be using Sonic for all my plumbing needs from now on. Anthony was fabulous! I rang around and at 3pm, everyone else told me they could come tomorrow morning. Anthony said he could come in an hour and a half. He was prompt, friendly and even though he had to go to Bunnings to get a missing bit, did not charge me extra from his quote. I would totally recommend Anthony. Thanks for doing a great job!

Anthony came out to fix our drain blockage within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday during a long weekend. Took care of the issue (and explained it so we understood); the cost was reasonable; and we won’t hesitate to call them first if we have issues in the future.

Anthony was absolutely amazing. I had a tap burst and a hot water issue late at night. He was so responsive, helpful and very friendly. I will definitely use him again and recommend his services to my friends and family.

Anthony from Sonic is great. Tap hose exploded this evening and he came straight away. Replaced the hose, then discovered the tap was leaking too. He then made trip to Bunnings to buy and replace the tap. Great service. Recommend and will use again.
