I am with Veronica on this one! And I was starting to think I was unreasonable. No, no! I had a good experience the first time, but I put that down to my nurse. I would give that a 5 Stars!! I didn't need to pay up front but two - three days before hand. This time they have insisted I pay at the time of making the appointment, which mind you is 4 weeks in advance!!
