I am writing this review on behalf of my mother, who is 92, and who hired Sonic Leak Detection to come to the house and address a leak. Sonic Leak Detection came to the house on two consecutive days. The first day was to detect a leak outside the house, and the second day they returned to repair the leak. The time required to find the leak on the first day was approximately 2 to 3 hours, and the charges were just over $400. Brandon and Willie from Sonic Leak Dection showed up on time and were professional and friendly. They saved me a lot of money compared to the other plumbing companies and did great work. They didn’t answer the phone the first two calls but I left a message and they got back to me.

They were good a few years ago but now appears to be out of business. No phone answer or return of any calls for weeks now. Website phone number is bad and goes to some other telemarketing gimmick.

They were very quick to call back when we needed our main water line replaced. They replaced it at a reasonable price and a timely manner, however, since replacing our water line they have not returned any of our phone calls for 2 months now. We have been trying to contact them to fill out an insurance form so we can be reimbursed by our homeowners, and they will not call us back. They offer a 5 year warranty, but it makes me wonder if they’d actually call us back if something were to actually happen.

These guys were pretty great. They were recommended by a local plumber to help find a leak. They can be hard to get a hold of as they are a small company. Also, know that the leak detection doesn't work on windy days (same for the company in ABQ), so be prepared for moving the appointment if it's an outside leak. They did the repair job too, which required hand digging a pretty long trench, but they got it done in a day and at a good price!
