Mike is a great inspector! He inspected a condo we’re buying. He was thorough, efficient and had a good eye for issues that mattered vs easily fixable issues. Mike was also personable and fun to work with. The service itself was easy to set up. Would fully recommend Sonic.

Mike went through all parts of the inspection in great detail in easy to understand terminology, including product life, periodic maintenance to help us plan things that we need to do once we take possession of the property.
