Went for travel vaccines. Nurse did most of the hard work while dr charged 150 for 5 minutes of consult
Called the number listed and tried to reschedule an appointment. Micheal at reception gave me a number to contact the bookings team. I wanted to ask a further question and he just replied “what” abruptly and as I was asking my next question. I asked if he could open their calendar and let me know if they even had availabilities before I called the booking team or else there would be no point. Michael’s customer service needs some work especially for someone in a position at reception.
A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!! I had a very bad experience. I booked an appointment for today due to a severe allergic reaction on my skin and clearly informed them that it was urgent and I needed to see a doctor as soon as possible. However, they booked me in for 2:45 PM but then cancelled my appointment without informing me and rescheduled it to another day. I only found out when i got there 15 minutes before my appointment.
