Absolutely delightful staff, very accomodating when I forgot my physical license and had to go back later. Couldn’t ask for more really.

I recently received a call from SHP to confirm details for a medical review (a long and distressing process for me this year due to external factors and I have a speech disorder). I had a lovely man called Scott on the phone who was extremely lovely, patient with my communication barrier and professional. If he reads this I hope he knows he made a very stressful confirmation very calm and friendly and clear on all information.
