Seamless experience. Got flu vaccine through my employer. Submitted request online and had an appointment the next day. I had to call and reschedule as they don’t let you pick a specific appointment or day, you have to list desired dates. Minor inconvenience. They are very polite at the front reception. I had an appointment scheduled at 1:10 pm and ended up waiting for 55 minutes. When I raised this, Olivia, the practice manager, responded in a way I found quite rude, saying that if I couldn’t wait, I should leave. I felt this was unprofessional and disappointing.
Very long wait times. Bring a water bottle and a snack.
Extremely poor customer service and communication.
I had an appointment booked for 10:40am and wasn’t seen until 11:15am. After waiting 20 minutes, reception told me I would be next, yet I waited another 15 minutes. Following the initial tests, I then waited a further 20 minutes to see the doctor. This was a one-hour appointment scheduled to finish at 11:40am, yet I didn’t leave until 12:20pm. That level of delay shows complete disregard for a patient’s time and personal commitments. Completely unacceptable.
