Very slow with medical results - I was left waiting 15 days and 30 days chasing results for 2 candidates medicals and the customer service wasnt good.
The nurse I saw was lovely - the clinic however is severely understaffed or mismanaged. Had an appointment at 1100, arrived 1050 - probably took 15 minutes before reception had time to give me paperwork due to an apparent paperwork backlog. Did extensive paperwork for about 15 minutes. Was not seen until 1330. Would not recommend unless you've got something to occupy your time while you wait - bring your knitting gear. Very poor experience in comparison to the myriad of other health clinics I've visited.
This is the worst place in the CBD to do a medical, 3-4 hour wait.
Seamless experience. Got flu vaccine through my employer. Submitted request online and had an appointment the next day. I had to call and reschedule as they don’t let you pick a specific appointment or day, you have to list desired dates. Minor inconvenience. They are very polite at the front reception.
