This was the first sonic health I went to for a work medical that wasn’t packed and sitting around waiting for hours
I recently received a call from SHP to confirm details for a medical review (a long and distressing process for me this year due to external factors and I have a speech disorder). I had a lovely man called Scott on the phone who was extremely lovely, patient with my communication barrier and professional. If he reads this I hope he knows he made a very stressful confirmation very calm and friendly and clear on all information.
Friendly service, clean environment and knowledgeable staff. A great experience overall.
An experience at a place starts from the administration team and I’m dissatisfied at Monique’s lack of effort on customer service I took the time to write an outlined inquiry for a price regarding getting a Hep B serology along with getting my Ferritin and Haemoglobin levels checked at the same time in a single blood draw I got the shortest most generic low effort reply which was so obvious that she didn’t even read my full email And I replied again to reinforce what I said, and then got another very generic reply. reception aren’t the friendliest. was kicked out for being 5 mins early then they were 30 mins late for appointment. not sure if off day. but it’s a no from me respectfully
