First time with them and phoned up got an appointment within half an hour, reception was friendly upon arrival and a lovely clean new space. Dr was on time and was friendly and thorough with my 3yr old and helped us out with our concern just how I expected. Very pleasant experience, would go back.

Booking an appointment is easy, if you need it in 2-3 weeks time. No point if you're sick today, your appointment will be two weeks away. Can't even book a simple script renewal in a timely manner, 3 weeks for an appointment. Just rubbish.
