This is a huge thank you to Dr Kanaan Kanaan whom I have dealt with for some time now with my Work cover. He has treated me with so much kindness, compassion and empathy through this whole process. Called 8 times since 8.30am today. Rang out each time. Concerning as this is medical practice.
Apportionment is 9:00am , waited till 10:00am in the lobby. Some other patients were waiting more than 1 hour. Not recommended at all.
