Every single visit I sit here waiting and waiting. Staff don’t have any sense of effective time management.
Sadly I have to say that it is extremely difficult to get into this app, or even any app to try and get an appointment on line. Instructions aren't clear, and the only service that can easily go from the official website is for workplace appointments only. My partner and I were trying for 3 hours and were no more clearer to get a simple online appointment? Not good Sonichealth
Rude, completely useless at doing there jobs, specifically at the desk, I now go to rockingham from pinjarra, the crew there are awesome and don't have to deal with them at mandurah anymore, they are the worst medical practice i have had to deal with ever.
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the lovely staff at Reception, Sonic Health plus, Erskine for helping me with an enquiry today 8th October '25, going that extra mile as they say. Your kindness and understanding helped us solve a problem with medical forms. Kindest Regards Linda Allison.
