Always late on appointment time. Get there to do a d&a 8:30am to be told the nurse doesn't arrive to after 9:15 why book the appointment if you can't even see anyone till after nine.
Wow, had to go here for work medical. Booked at 8am. Arrived 7.55. I'm writting this at 1052.. that's pretty much 3hrs wasted of my life and i still have to wait to see Dr. If I have a booking I expect efficiency. There is none. And to top it off .. it's artic in here. I'm freezing it's rediculous. There are old frail people trying to find a warm spot... This is not good for there health, are you trying to kill them off. Sonic health plus Mandurah would have to be the worst doctor’s clinic in Mandurah. The doctors are fantastic - the Administration is the most useless, money grabbing, penny pinching, only in it for profit company I have ever dealt with. They will answer my review of them with their standardised response but still continue to rip people off & not give a damn about their clientele. Do yourself a favour - avoid them like a plague!
Make sure you are comfortable to sit here 3-6hrs waiting to be seen from arrival time for a work medical. You have better service getting a head job from a nun than professional service from this place. It speaks volumes when the staff says the new manager is the problem and no one working here can complain, so it is up to the public. Well one thing is sure if this manager runs a hot air balloon service like this practice the thing will never take off. Disgrace.
Fix your websites offered sevices are incorrect , and the automated generic reply i will soon get telling me to complain on the website is pointless
