Actual waiting time to complete a pre-employment screening is closer to 5hrs as opposed to advertised up to 2hrs & staff are openly discussing overbooking in the hallways.
These are purely insurance company doctors, have seen over 11,000 clients, everyone that foes here is influenced by the employers. Everything is just a sprain and everyone gets put back on light duties. I think the doctors should remember this or find a different profession: The Hippocratic Oath is a pledge of ethics that medical professionals take to guide their practice. It includes promises to prioritize patients' well-being, maintain confidentiality, and practice with integrity.
Despite the number of negative reviews which almost put me off making a booking here, I decided to go ahead with booking a pre-employment medical and hope it would be ok. I went to the appointment with low expectations based on reviews that claimed they received poor customer service and were left waiting for hours to be seen. whats the point of getting a consultation from dr rozario when he's going to tell you one thing and a potential employer another ? professional ? i think not
Wait times to see doctor over 2hrs from booked appointment, only 1 doctor so if a walk in comes in pushes everyone wait time back by 20min. Edit 3hr wait!
