0 stars. Waited 1h 20min for my appointment and then walked out. Reception couldn’t tell me how much longer I had to wait.
Almost got put off by the bad reviews but had a good experience here. Reception staff were friendly. Was seen on time and the nurses and doctors I dealt with were fine. Paperwork was sent through quickly but it had a few errors which were amended the next day. Very expensive though ($442) for a pre employment medical. Not sure if that is a normal rate but seemed a lot…
Very very hit and miss.. some days in on time other days over an hour wait...
Original booking was a Thursday, then sonic cancelled due to no doctor, rescheduled for Monday. I arrived 1 hour early, did paperwork, filled out some online questionare, hours later told I needed to fill out some other paperwork. In the end, 4 hours to get height and weight checked, wait again, blood pressure checked and told to rebook. 170km trip. I would reccomend anyone else for a coal board medical. Companies like this should be held accountable for lost time and expenses.
