Original booking was a Thursday, then sonic cancelled due to no doctor, rescheduled for Monday. I arrived 1 hour early, did paperwork, filled out some online questionare, hours later told I needed to fill out some other paperwork. In the end, 4 hours to get height and weight checked, wait again, blood pressure checked and told to rebook. 170km trip. I would reccomend anyone else for a coal board medical. Companies like this should be held accountable for lost time and expenses.
Don’t go here appointment was 11am and waited for over an hour before walking out. People were waiting before me and still hadn’t been seen. This place clearly is run poorly to be booking people in and have them wait over an hour stay away.
DON'T GO THERE. The so called service was awful. You can't get ANY information out of them. The PART TIME so-called dr. PART TIME DENTIST was RUDE, ARROGANT, SEXIST, and plain out and out DISGUSTING. Thought he was better then me and let me know that. Talked down to me and when I wanted to know something he wouldn't talk to me.
Update (25.08.25)And just saw another client for a law firm, this time you guys put him down as a back strain and go back on light duties when he had a fractured back, will report this one to Aphra These are purely insurance company doctors, have seen over 11,000 clients, everyone that goes here is influenced by the employers.
