The Indian sounding lady operator just hung up the phone on me. Terrible experience.
Terrible Service!! No proper communication! Hanging up the phone while talking. I called to talk about the second vaccination not appearing on my health record. Typical answer was I can only contact them after 20 days has passed from the date of vaccination. If the issue is not solved within 20 days, they can only escalate the issue and who knows how long this is going to take to resolve the issue! Really upset with the service and not sure how long more I have to wait as I am still under lock down if I cannot prove my vacci... read more
