Excellent customer service, have been very happy with all of my orders. Everything usually comes so over-packed with packing peanuts its great, I know that Fedex/UPS/USPS can probably Ace Ventura my package and it'll still work when I get it. My 2nd to last order from them I had a problem with an amplifier, went through my own set of diagnostic testing to pinpoint the problem to the amp, supplied them with all my findings and they took it back with no further questions.
It is surprising that I see even one negative review for Sonic Elecronix. I have ordered from them before and it was inexpensive, quick, and everything was correct. In my latest order from them their system selected the incorrect wiring harness for my car, so after figuring the issue out I gave them a call. The individual I spoke with quickly recognized the problem (I didn't even need to tell him what was wrong, he could tell right away) and quickly found the correct part. Make that 2 negative Reviews, there's clearly some disorganization going on when products ordered at the same time are arriving separate I was supposed to receive my stereo and speakers together and I'm still waiting for my stereo , how is it that the item almost triple the size arrives before, tracking is not working and I still don't know where it is i bought it as a gift for myself for my birthday this month If this isn't fixed I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here bad first impressions. Always fast shipping.. from tweeters to mids and even a 65lb 18inch subwoofer. I did have to confirm the 600 dollar purchase for the sub which took a couple of extra days but I'm happy to see they made sure I was using my credit card and it wasn't stolen. I was very impatient but who is patient when you're ordering your goodies. You just want it ASAP and installed. Btw it took 5 days from order to receive the sub with verification.
Ive been buying stuff off their website for the past 3 years. Ive placed atleast 8 orders from them during that time period and everything always arrives just as expected with no hassles and theyve had the lowest prices ive found and free shipping that gets here pretty quick. Will never use any other site for my car audio needs.
