I have purchased over $2100 of car audio from this place and had a problem with one of the amplifiers i purchased i sent the item back and they said they tested it for 15min with no problems so they charged me a testing fee order#20302235 i got the amplifier back and had the same problems so i had the amplifer looked at and it had a bad transformer after sending them the pictures they said my warranty was void but i dont see how it was tested with these bad parts inside
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT purchase anything from this place. I ordered a subwoofer, Amp and install kit. So I received my order on time but the the sub was frozen solid . end up spending 140 to replace the sub. Customer service is very bad return policies are a joke all around terrible !!!! Clutchfeild is the way to go if your going to order online.
