I ordered a stereo package a week ago. I paid for 1 day shipping. The package hasn’t shipped, company won’t return emails or phone calls. No confirmation email was ever sent to me, and to top it off they double billed my CC. I have to ask the bank now to dispute the charge because I cannot reach anyone. Horrible customer service. Don’t order anything from this place.
This place is fire, I love my new stereo system and it was easy to find the right one.
I will never order from you guys again. How are you going to make a shipping mistake and then just completely ignore my e-mails? I would recommend Crutchfield to save the headache and not lose money like I did.
