Came here with my son, customer service was great, food was hot and made with love. Even though it's raining outside, the staff- especially Tori and Gracelan made sure I was taken care of. You guys rock!😎🌧💙🍴
Me and my family went for one simple Strawberry Slushy and a SMALL hot coffee. We pulled up to the drive‑thru and sat there for 3–5 minutes waiting for someone to respond. Nobody said a word. So I pull around to the drive‑thru window, and right away we’re getting dirty looks. I tell her I’d like to order my items, which I do, and then they overcharge us and tell us to pull forward so the SMALL hot coffee can be made. We sit there for over 10 minutes and still no coffee. Spent $18 on 2 triple smash burgers and received the wrong order. They gave me 2 doubles which was a lot cheaper. Pretty upset about the situation but i did get a full refund and next time I'll check my bag before i leave the restaurant
