Waited over a half hour for a slushy that had practically no flavor syrup in it. There were 4 orders in front of me and multiple people were agitated above being there for longer than I was. Then magically everything came out all at once. Makes me wonder if a machine was broken, or someone was off shift. Seems to be a frequent occurrence here. Gone down hill over the years ...
Terrible service especially at night, needs to be shut down. One cashier handed my food out to the customer in front of me. I seen the people digging through the bag eating fries. When they realized it wasn’t theirs, they handed it back to the cashier. You wouldn’t believe what happens next. You guess it…the cashier handed me the same exact food he gave to another customer!
