Needs severe improvements! 1st problem is the it wasn't packed or backed up and they still got my order wrong. 2nd they gave me the ice-cream machine is down story just like McDonald's does when its not being managed properly. No slushies or ice-cream is a no no when it comes to a franchise like sonic yall know better than that. The customer service wasn't too bad they didn't have attitudes so that was a plus.
