Very fast and friendly service with a delicious crispy diet Coke, just the way I like it. I wish it was in a Styrofoam cup to keep it cool longer. Great service at noon on a Wednesday!
Customer service was pretty shity, she didn't know if the ice cream was frozen yet. IDK what the heck that's supposed to mean..... but almost left had to ask her how long it would take and she then realized that ice cream was cold enough. At that point we were able to buy peanut butter milkshake only because we asked how long it would take.
Ordered ahead on the app. Took 20 minutes after I arrived to get my order. It was not busy however they brought me cold, dried up, crusty burgers with fridge cold cheese. The drinks were poorly made and were covered in sticky stuff and no napkins to clean up the mess. I’ve had issues with this location before and regardless of the time or day it’s similar customer service and poor quality food.
All sonics are terrible now don't even bother to go to any of them I don't know what happened to Sonic not worth the aggravation. Been waiting for 25 minutes for a three-piece chicken tenders and a small drink and I still haven't gotten it.
The food was ok. The hot fudge sundae was not hot, it was frozen and Sonic still doesn't accept tap to pay, wth!!
