Update Feb 2024: Service was way better than before! The pepper cheddar bites were Good. Every time I go to this Sonic, every meal special that displays on their screens they say they don't have. This last time i pulled up they told me when i pushed the button that they wanted me to go use the drive-through cause they were busy. It was around noon so I get the busy thang but that's why i stop at sonic is the park an order cause my kids think its cool. Awfull service awfull taste and +20 minutes wait time at drive thru i guess only 1 person (she is a kid) working here
Tried to go through the drive through 2.5 hours before closing at the Brigham location. After waiting and trying to talk through the speaker we pulled around and saw the drive through employee crouching down to hide where we couldn’t order at the window either.
