Went to grab a small bite to eat and to get something to drink. Waited for several minutes only to be told that there were currently not taking orders and yet the drive through had a line of people in it. I just got done with a concert that I did perform at as a singer and was looking forward to a good snack and a refreshing beverage as well as my family was. 45 mins for 1 drink and a pretzel that was missing the cheese sauce. Ridiculous the service and wait time, first sat in the drive up area waited 10 mins for someone to say drive thru only then spend the rest of the time sitting and waiting had to give my order 3 times once at the order box, once to someone who came outside and third at the window last time coming to this location
This is one of the worst fast food restaurants in Princeton TX they allow you to sit at the order station for 10 or more minutes just to get on the speaker and ask you to get in the drive thru line and wait an additional 10 mins horrible horrible customer service
