I visited around 9:30 a.m., but nobody took our order. I then went to the drive-thru, made eye contact with an employee, and they ignored us.

Extremely Unprofessional Service I showed up at Sonic right when they were supposed to open at 7 AM, but ended up waiting over two hours before they even started serving food. I called twice to see what the delay was, and each time the lady who answered gave me a different excuse, saying they weren’t opening until a certain time, yet they still weren’t open even after that. Very unprofessional and disappointing. If you can’t open on time, at least communicate properly with your customers.

I have been coming here for years but it seems like the food quality has really gone downhill... My hamburger was about an inch thick and the bun was all wet...Since Braum's is open now... I'm switching over...

I visited this location on Sunday, 10/19, in the afternoon through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member at the window (a man wearing a sweater and glasses) was unprofessional from the start. He asked me to confirm my name with a mouth full of food, didn’t greet me, and didn’t say thank you. While that wasn’t my main concern, it definitely set the tone.
