We have never had a good experience at this sonic. We will drive an extra 15 minutes to go to the sonic in Farmersville because this sonic in Princeton is so slow and never gets our order right. We have them one more chance and are sorry we did. The ice cream drinks didn’t have ice cream. We were missing a soda and we had to wait 20 minutes before walking to the door and asking them what was taking so long. Never again, Princeton Sonic. You’ve lost our business.
I received the incorrect order and food was left out of my order. When I returned to inform the staff that it was incorrect I was ignored multiple times.

Sloooooow the worst sonic. Found sludge or something in my sundae cup. Keep giving chances because I use to love sonic but now might go like once or twice a year for a quick drink but only if I have like 30 minutes to spare.
I used to like coming here, now the Customer service is terrible. The wait till is so long. I kept pushing the red button to order, and then they would just ignore my request to order, so I would have to keep re pushing it, and they finally decided to take my order. I think they need to hire better workers.
