The food gets a 3 only for the sandwiches. The fries are always cold which leads me to ask for sauce to cover up the fact they’re cold. The people that work here are super rude. I had a few mobile orders today and asked for an extra sauce even though I had already paid for one. We offered to pay for another one. She asked why we needed it. All cool
Cold food no utensils didn't give condiments. Almost no chili and cheese on hotdogs. And chili cheese fries had no cheese and abou0.2 % chili and again no utensils. WORST sonic ever. you all should be fired. The manager is not doing their job at all .... shame
Woman taking orders on intercom was rude, and a shake was spilled on my boyfriend. Server then asked us to take a survey instead of apologizing.
